Chapter 23

CONFESSION

Samy and Reira arrived to Samy's apartment building and when they got to the 5th floor and were about to open Samy's apartment door, Samy told Reira pointing to the door and smiling that "he was already there" and so she opened the door, and they were already there in Samy's apartment eating pizza and talking loud.

"SAMY! YOU'RE LATE!" yelled Ryosuke at her with a piece of pizza in his hand and having around his mouth dirty because of the pizza's ketchup "Ah! Reira is with you O.O?" "Embarrasing =.=" he thought turning his face to the wall ad looking at himself in the mirrow.

"Don't complain" said Samy "At least I'm here already...or, could it be you were worried about me ^__^?"

"Not at all" afirmed Ryosuke cleaning his face.

"Reira! You're here too?!" smiled Chinen "So you and Reira are friend now?^_^"

"Of course we are!" smiled Samy "Huh? Reira! Why haven't you enter? Come in =D!"

"Thanks, excuse me" said Reira entering

"You don't have to be so formal with us" said Yuto

"Sorry, you know... it's just that I'm use to it. In my aunt's house I always need to be formal because of the clients"

"And why is it that you live with your aunt?" asked Samy taking a piece of pizza

"Well, my aunt is already old and she is not married and has no children, so she asked my parents is she could train me to be the future's tea house heir. So I've been living with her since I'm 6 years old"

"Wow, and you live in Kyoto, right?" asked Ryosuke

"Ah... yes" said Reira blushing "By the way, why doesn't Okamoto does the summer homework with you"

"Ah... that's because he has a lovely girlfriend to make his homework with. But since we don't have a girlfriend in our class or grade, we had no other choice than accept Samy's help =.=" complained Ryosuke

"You welcome" replied Samy to him sarcastically

"But well, can we start working with the homework soon?" asked Yuto "Because I really want to finish this homework soon"

It was already 5:00pm when they got to finish their homework. Even though they were doing homework, they did had the chance to have a lot of fun while doing it. Reira was feeling very happy with them, she really felt like being surrounded by good friends even though she has only see them very few times. But Reira started to suspect about something... each time she would see Ryosuke talking to Samy she would asked to herself "Could it be that Ryosuke li-"

"Reira, are you feeling alright?" said Yuto noticing a weird look in Reira's face

"Ah! Yes... I'm fine ^_^!" said Reira "It's just that... I feel like wanting to do some tea now, you know... "I'm used to that" haha"

"Oh I see!" smiled Yuto "Then you can make some. You can get tea there" said Yuto pointing somewhere in Samy's kitchen"

"Oh ok, but first I will wait Samy to finish to talking with Ryouke so I can ask her permission to take some tea" replied Reira

"Are you going to wait for THEM to stop talking?" said Chinen pointing at Ryosuke and Samy which were laughing bothering each other and then Ryosuke started to tickle Samy and the very ticklelish Samy started to laugh very loud couldn't defending herself and just yelling Ryosuke to stop tickeling her and then another "HUAHAHAHA" and then she pushed him and he felt in the sofa were he took a pillow and hit her and then they started a pillow fight between the two of them and still laughing.

"I guess he does" thought Reira

"Don't worry Reira" said Chinen "Samy tells us that if we need something from her, we just have to come here and take it, so if you want to make tea just take all all all you need and make some because she would also tell you this ^_^"

"Oh ok... thanks" smiled Reira going to make some tea

-> 6:00pm

"Ah! Look at the time" said Reira "I guess I'll be leaving now. Thanks for today ^_^! I had a lot of fun"

"Ah Reira! Don't you want me to take you home? Won't you get lost here in Tokyo?" said Samy

"I'm alright, thanks ^_^" replied Reira "I know how to get to my house"

"Ok! So take care Reira-chan ^_^!" smiled Ryosuke and Reira blushed.

Reira had only walk some squares away when she heard someone call her name. She turned around and saw Arioka Daiki waving at her and running towards her. "Hey!! Are you going to your house now?" asked Daiki and Reira said yes so they went together to Saori's house since Daiki was going there because he had to meet with Takaki. When they were in the train Reira was thinking a lot about that. Noticing a weird look in Reira's face, Daiki asked her that what was happening, so... Reira decided to trust Daiki in that moment.

"Daiki, does Yamada likes someone?" she asked

"Yama-chan?" said Daiki "Well, to be honest... we haven't talk about those things. For some reason we haven't talk lately as we used to do before. I wish we could. By the way, why do you ask?"

"It's just that... I think he does" she replied

"Huh? Could it be you know who?" asked Daiki

"Well... I"m not sure!" said Reira "It's just that... when he is with her, I get the strong feeling that he likes her"

"Who is it?" asked Daiki

"Well, don't tell anyone please" said Reira "And I don't know if it's true, but I have the strong feeling that... that Yamada likes Samy"

The train stopped. And Daiki didn't know what to say in that moment. He started to think about that. Could it be that Yamada likes Samy? But he would have tell him, wouldn't he? Or could it be... he didn't do it because of him? Or... he didn't know what to think. They got down of the train and were walking to Saori's house.

"Reira...and, why do you think that?" asked Daiki

"Think what?" asked Reira

"That Yama-chan likes Samy"

"It's because the way he smiles at her, the way he bothers her, the way he laughs with her, and just the way he acts when he is with her"

"Could it be... he does?" wondered Daiki

-> Samy's apartment

->7:00pm

Ryosuke just left and now Samy is only with Chinen. Chinen asked Samy if it was true that Reira likes Yamada because that was what Takaki had told him, and Samy said yes and explained him why she had gone to Saori's house and all that.

"So you stayed without enough money to buy a good present to Inoo?" said Chinen

"Yeah U_U" said Samy "I'm planning to make something hand made to sell... maybe so I will get some money for Inoo's present. The next time that my father will send me money will be till we start school again in two weeks"

"Waah! Then Samy... I will buy you one of those pretty teddy bears you do! ^_^"

"Thanks Chinen ^_^!"

"And Samy... how has things been between you and Daiki lately?"

"Ah... I haven't talk to him much lately U_U"

"Then why don't you call him? =D"

"He has been busy lately"

"But he has free tomorrow! Why don't you call him to go out somewhere?"

"Not enough money"

"AH! I had forget that! Sorry..."

"It's ok =]"

"Samy! That tea! Reira did too much tea"

"Yeah I know... I think she used all the tea I had XD! I wonder how much time it will take me to drink it all. Well, I can't complain because I like apple tea a lot ^_^! But maybe I should invite Yuuna and Shinji to help me with that tea"

"No, no, no!!" exclaimed Chinen "You should invite DAIKI! Call him and tell him that you have a lot of tea here so that maybe he could come and drink some and so you can talk and bla bla bla"

"Chinen! You are a genius!"

"Yay! I'm a genius ^___^!" said Chinen taking Samy's cell phone and calling Daiki and then giving Samy the phone "Here... talk!"

"Huh? Ah... hi Daiki!"

Conversation

"Samy?! Hi! How are you?"

"I'm fine ^_^" Yuto and Ryosuke just left from here. I was helping them with summer homework. Now I'm with Chinen"

"Oh... I see" said Daiki remembering what Reira had told him before "By the way, Samy... was Reira also there?"

"Yes! How do you know?"

"It's just that I found her walking some squared away from your house, so now that you were mentioning that people were in your house today... I thought that maybe she was also there"

"Yes she was. And she is so friendly! And talk ing about Reira... she did so much tea today! I don't know if I'll be able to drink it all! Oh Daiki! Are you free tomorrow? Maybe you could come here and we can talk a bit while drinking tea ^_^!"

"Sure! In the morning?"

"That would be nice ^_^! At 11:00?"

"Ok! See you then! said Daiki

"Yes! See you tomorrow! Bye bye!"

*Call ends"

"Yay! Chinen!" said Samy "I'm going to see Daiki tomorrow <3!!!"

-> Next day

->10:48am

"Waah... I'm so happy that I'm going to see Daiki today ^_^! I'm so glad that Shinji helped me clean this place O.O! It was such a mess yesterday! Oh... my phone is ringing" She looked at her phone and it said RYOSUKE, she answered.

"Samy! I realized that I left a book in your house!" said Ryosuke

"Oh yeah.. it's in the table just in front of me ^^'' "

"Haha ok.. I will pick it up, ok? I'll be there in three seconds!"

one, two, three... he opens the door still with his cell phone in his hand.

"Hey Ryo-chan! Here's your book ^_^"

"Thank you Samy-chan! And can I drink some water?" he said taking the book making his cell phone to fall down

"Ah! Here" she said picking up his cell phone "Aaaw Ryo-chan! I didn't know that in your wallpaper you had a picture of you and me ^____^!!!!"

"Ah yeah" he said taking his phone fastly and then walking to the kitchen to get some water

"You can also take cookies"

"Ah thank you =]" he replied

"Hmmm... I wonder" thought Samy "If there's a chance that Ryo-chan likes Reira back. Maybe I should try asking him"

"Ryosuke... how come that your wallpaper is a picture of me and you? You should have there a picture of a girl you like, neh?"

"Ah... what are you talking about?" said Ryosuke

"Ryo-chan! Isn't there anyone you like?"

"Why would you ask something like that" he asked suddenly talking serious

"I don't know! Just wondering! Can't I ask?"

There was a silence.

"Are you ok?" she asked

"You know, I better leave know" exclaimed Ryosuke with a bad tone and opening the door "Thanks for the cookies"

"Ryosuke? Why are you so serious?!" said Samy

"Not your problem, I'm leaving now"

"Ok sorry if I shouldn't have ask that! I didn't know it was gonna make angry! I was just wondering if you likes someone and that's all!"

"Well, not everyone loves someone like you that has her prince liking her! You don't like someone that you know that won't like you back! Not everything is like a fairy tale like in your life Princess Sylvia!" he replied in bad mood

"Fairy tale?! What are you talking about!?" she complained

"YOU JUST DON'T GET ANYTHING, DO YOU?!" he yelled

"What?!" asked Samy not knowing why he had just talk that way.

Samy stayed in silence... and Ryosuke couldn't understand why he had just talk that way. He just wanted to erase the last seconds of his life and avoid what he just did. Why did he do that?!! He didn't wanted something like that to happen.

"Samy...I...I'm so sorry. I don't know what happened to me right now. Samy, I'm extremely sorry, I shouldn't have yell to you"

"Don't worry about that" said Samy "And don't worry, I won't ask you about that again"

"No Samy, I'm really sorry. I don't know why I just did this"

"Don't worry. You can leave now if you wish"

"Samy! No... it's my fault. I don't know hy I did this seriously, I...I..."

She looked at him waiting his answer, and he looked at her without knowing how to say, how to explain it to her... the truth was that...

"Samy... it's just that..." he starred at her and just without thinking well said it "I like you Samy, I like you!"

Samy opened her eyes more and... she felt bad for everything for a moment. Was it true? Could it be that he does like her? And Ryosuke just looked at her also regretting what he had just done.

"I'm sorry, I better leave now"

Then Ryosuke turned around and stayed paralize. There, just some steps in front of him, Daiki was standing without saying a word.

"Daiki! I..." Ryosuke didn't know what to say but just one thing "I...I'm sorry. I'm so sorry" he said looking down. Then he started to walk and just left.

"So he does" thought Daiki

And well, things are getting a bit complicated here but this problem won't last long.

And also, in the previous chapter in the names of who needs to give to who in the Secret Summer Santa, the truth is that I didn't just made up the list. Between me and my oldest sister, we wrote the names and then took out the papers and that's how we organized that Secret Summer Santa list. So it was just a big coincidence that Daiki has to give a present to Samy and Yamada to Daiki. I was like kind of impressed when I saw that it had come out that way ( ha ha).

And I'm planning to write some random information about the characters here in this final section since there are things that I can't find a place in the story to write but that I would like people to know, so yeah... let's see if next chapter I will do it.
