Starting out at Domino: A Yu-Gi-Oh quiz Part 19

It was 9:30 when you got your books put away, and every taken care of. Despite the nightmare of Saturday night, you weren't feeling too bad...Of course the safty of new locks on the doors helped.
To combat the silence you decided to dig out your stereo and set it up before heading to bed. That way you could have music to chase away on the the 'ick' that might come creeping into your head. It was a thought anyway. With music playing in the background, you curled up in bed, and went to sleep.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz...*Sleeping*
*hangs up do not disturb sign*
Awwww...#3 is sleeping too *ties #3 up so it can't escape again* hehehe
You wake up in the morning with the blaring of the alarm in your ear. Ug...You miss the week-end already, getting to sleep in until you want. But you have to get yourself up and all 'prittified' before going to school.
After getting ready you have a few minutes before Yugi is due to get there, and you let the music sink into you. Before long you are dancing around to the beat. The knock at the door barely breaks you stride as you open it letting Yugi in. He stands in the doorway watching awestruck, as you continue to dance your way over to the bar to get your backpack, and then over to the stereo to shut it off. When you turn around to face him, you realize what just happened, and a blush reaches you cheeks. "Um...Hi." You say. Yugi smiles, "Hi ______. That was really good." he says, referring to your dancing. You look down shyly, pushing some loose strands of hair behind your ears, "Thanks." you manage to mutter out "I love dancing, I just usually stall when their's an audience." You look back up at him. "Guess that makes you specail." It's his turn to blush, "Um...We should be heading to school." he says. You nod, and the two of you head out the door.
You havea casual conversation on the way to school. He asks about how things went with Kaiba, and you mention for a moment he seemed almost like a normal person, and that you had to meet him after school to set up your next tutoring session.
Then he brings up your dancing again. "You know, you are really good." You smile, a pink tint reaching your cheeks. "You could even give Tea a run for her money." he continues. You shake your head no and make a waving motion with your hands. "No way! I can't do that when people are watching." He laughs remembering you deemed him 'specail' and gets a big smile on his fae.
"What?" You ask. "Oh, nothing." he responds...Why do you get the feeling he's got something in mind. Just then...
A shadowy figure jumps out of nowhere and carries you off...Ahhhhh!
Joey comes bounding up to the two of you (bounding...jumping like a happy little puppy, lol. Sorry, couldn't help myself)
Kaiba's limo drive by splashing you all with water from a mud puddle.
Joey comes up between the two of you from behind, drapping an arm over each of your shoulders, as the three of you continue to walk twords the school. "______ Thanks again for the week-end. Despite the BBQed Bakura, it was pretty cool." You shudder a moment at the thought of what happened to poor Bakura, but you also know he was fine (Tea called you Sunday to let you know). "No problem. It was my pleasure." you say. Joey drops him arms from the two of you, finishing walking between you guys, and turns to face you for a minute. "Well, promised Tristan I'd meet him at the Chem. Lab, got to go." He waved at both of you, turned back around, and ran for the school. You looked puzzeled at Yugi, "Do they even have chemistry?" you ask, Yugi shrugs, and you both laugh, thinking about the mischief those two and a chem lab could come to.
O.O They're going to blow up the school!

Runs off to English class
You and Yugi head off to English, only to learn you have to have a short story written by Friday! 0.0 It was shaping up to be a homework heavy week already, considering your volcanoe project for science is due Friday as well. You sigh to yourself, good thing you had your fun on the week-end.
History dragged along, and you were elated to get out of there when the bell rang. In home room you learned Joey and Tristan really do have chemistry in the morning, which gives you an idea. You enlist their aid in your volcanoe project, coming up with a compound that will produce a safe smoke to go along with your flowing lava. Then work up designs in how to get the whole thing to work together.
As a reminder (yet again) the teacher tells the class that the homecoming theme ideas are due in Friday, and that voting will be held the following Monday, leaving the classes two weeks to design floats and decorations. "I still think duel monsters would be a great theme." Joey says. "So go nominate it already man." Tristan replys. Joey stands up with a definate look, fists on his hips. "I think I will." and with that he walks up to the teachers desk, leaving you and Tristan laughing at your desks.
Yep...Duel Monsters on the brain *shakes head* Poor Joey.
Cool smoke and lava (ME: Eww...have you ever seen the mess that lava makes?)
#3 busies itself maing crepe paper flowers. *pats #3 on the head* Good #3, that's a boy.
Math starts out with a po quiz. You groan and put your head on the desk. "You'll do fine." you hear Kiaba's voice next to you. You look up and give a hopeful smile. Apon getting the graded quizes back you are happy to see you did a little better than last time. Kaiba looks over at you with a questioning look. You hold up your paper, marked with a C. His look seems to say he expected better, which you must admit disappoints you a bit. But you were happy it was better than the D you got before. What does he want anyway, perfection?

You're happy to see Bakura has joined the gang at the lunch table today. You apologize again for the 'incident' at the party. He smiles and tells you he's fine, and it's really o.k. After all he wasn't seriously hurt.
That out of the way, homecoming becomes the topic, and Joey is still going on about duel monsters as a theme. "You're not serious?" Tea asks, that's when you and Tristan give each other a knowing look and start laughing. Joey scowls at the two of you, and stands up with that defiant look. "I happened to turn that in for a suggestion today." he says, full of conviction. Tea's jaw drops, and Yugi looks a bit surprised as well. Bakura nods, like he might actually agree, and you and Tristan just keep laughing.
Awww...Poor Joey. *pats him on the head*
A C is better than a D...Geez, where's the praise. Mean ol' Kaiba anyway.
Bakura is all in one piece. Yippy!
Half a day over. Things are going fairly well. You're grade in Algebra is a little better, guess the tutoring helped soe. Short story for English homework...due Friday...Volcanoe due Friday...Well what's in store for the rest of the day?
