A note: All the amazing banners will be on a SEPERATE PAGE that will be posted tomorrow because they take up too much space. No one likes to scroll down for ten minutes :)

Thank you for all of the support!!!

Also, people keep asking when ever I post a chapter if it's the end of the story. The story is far from ending, and it will be a while before it comes to an end :) But when it does, the chapter will say: [End]

Beth P.O.V.

Maybe it was the fumes from the sausage stands, or the oil in the roller coaster rides, because something in my mind told me that Cole had kissed me.

My cheeks were now probably one hundred degrees as we climbed down the steps of El Toro to meet Vince and Samantha.

Samantha was still blabbing on the phone while Vince stared at the ground.

I looked at her perfect body and amazing features, from her pretty eyes to the perfectly applied make-up.

I felt a different set of emotions, ranging from jealousy to guilt; I had just made out with her boyfriend.

I shivered.

Make out was a term that was never in a sentence that included me.

But the part of me that was always hiding in the back of my mind, the part of me that lived deep in my heart, was hyper-active.

I just had my first kiss.

I just had my first kiss on a rollercoaster.

I just had my first kiss on a rollercoaster with Cole Johnathan.

But I couldn't even bring up the courage to look at him.

Vince looked up from the ground, his eyes dry and cold, and met my eyes.

For a second I felt like I had betrayed him somehow, like I had gone behind his back. I looked away, I couldn't face the truth.

We met up with Vince and Samantha, still exchanging no contact.

Vince changed his cold expression with a normal smile.

"You guys wanna go check out your picture? I want to see how funny your faces are," he smiled again, pointing to the kiosk behind him.

My heart stopped and my frame started shaking.

I looked at the sign behind him:

EL TORO PICTURES. SEE YOUR PICTURES FROM YOUR WILD RIDE ON EL TORO!

Only this could happen to me.

"You know what? Let's not," Cole said from beside me, nervousness hidden behind his calm voice.

I still couldn't speak.

"You sure? I mean, you could show everyone how goofy you guys looked," he smiled, pressing again.

"N-no, I already have enough goofy pictures of myself," I said shakily.

Vince turned to me, his eyes cold but his smile still in place.

"Okay, but it would have been really funny," he laughed.

I sighed silently, relieved.

Samantha finally got off of her phone and began on her rant once again.

"Let's go Coley, this place is so... gross. I bet we can't even find a decent make out spot here," she said grabbing his hand.

While part of me yearned to yank that polished hand from his, another part of me wanted so badly to laugh.

There was a very good place, just one that she never thought about.

Cole just shrugged away from her touch and nodded his head, then pulled out his phone.

"Will, where are you?" he asked once my brother picked up.

A moment of silence passed by, then he spoke again.

"We're by El Toro, meet us here," he ordered.

Will and Candy came back with wind-blown hair from the rides and smiling faces.

"What's all the frowns about?" Candy asked happily as she took in our blank expressions.

"Let's just go," Samantha whined, looking Candy up and down.

"We just got here," Candy protested.

"So? It's not always about you," Samantha nipped.

Candy snickered bitterly, "Obviously, because its always about you, there's no time for anything else," Candy shot.

Will held up his hands, "You guys, let's just leave, we can come back another time," he resolved.

I just stood there silent, my cheeks still hot.

The car ride home was worse than the ride up.

Some trip this turned out to be.

I had thousands of pounds of emotion built up, and I was dying to spill it out. I know Ashley wasn't an option anymore.

Especially about this.

My heart ached as I realized what would happen if Ashley found out.

She liked Cole, and I went back on that.

I betrayed her.

Any girl in my place would feel victorious, accomplished, perfect; I felt lower than low, beneath rock bottom.

I pretended to fall into a sleep as we drove for home to avoid any eye contact or conversation.

After a few minutes, I finally fell into an actual sleep, and next thing I know we're at my house.

"Hey Cole, you're staying over tonight, right?" Will asked Cole.

Cole just nodded his head, looking at the steering wheel.

"I'm gonna go ahead and bike home," Vince sighed, climbing out of the car.

He came out of our garage with his bike and looked at me,

"Bye Vince, see you on Monday," I smiled, waving.

For a moment he got a hurt look in his eyes, then quickly brushed it away with a goodbye smile.

I looked away as he rode down the street, crossing my driveway past everyone, not saying anything or looking at them, just heading straight for the house.

I slammed my bedroom door behind me and jumped on my bed, curling into my covers and searching for the remote.

I found it beneath the sheets and pointed at the television, the outdated box coming to life.

I flipped it to some random station, not bothering to see what was on, and stuffed my head into my pillow.

I'm such and idiot, I betrayed everyone.

And Cole probably won't even talk to me now.

What are you talking about? He's the one who kissed you and told you he liked you.

His words were still playing in my mind, like a CD on repeat. It gave me butterflies in my stomach, which flew up to my heart, then made a trip to my mind.

My eyes involuntarily closed, until I heard the bang of the front door and voices.

Go away, go away, go away.

I got up from my bed and headed for my closet to find some comfortable clothes when my door opened.

Candy stepped in and looked at me suspiciously, then closed the door behind her.

She lounged on my bed and continued to look at me.

"What?" I asked, trying hard not to sound rude.

"What's wrong?" she asked.

"What do you mean? Nothing's wrong," I covered, ashamed of myself.

"Beth, did you realize you're watching the Home Shopping Channel?" She asked, raising her eyebrows.

I stuttered as I realized what channel I flipped it to.

"Well, you never know when I might need some new kitchen supplies," I lied, giving an innocent smile.

"Uh huh... Well, when you decide to stop being Ms. Secretive, I'll be outside with everyone," Candy laughed, then exited the room, silently closing the door behind her.

And with that, I flopped onto my bed and forced myself into sleep.

Cole P.O.V.

I stared at the grass of Beth's backyard while Samantha chattered beside me, my lips still electrified.

I couldn't really focus on anything, or say more than one word to anyone, the only thing I could really think about was Beth and her lips.

It was more than I ever imagined it to be, the feeling of her mouth moving with mine.

Her lips had been like silk, gentle and addicting.

Already I ached for more, more of her soft hair. More of her warm cheeks, more of her tentative tongue.

She tasted like the sweetest candy, mixed with the most pleasant smelling flower and sprinkled with the most desirable and addicting substance.

Her mouth was like a drug, one that couldn't be healed with rehab or therapy.

It gave me goosebumps just thinking that she was inside, only a few yards away from me.

Was she thinking about me?

Or was she avoiding me?

Oh god, did my breath stink?

I put my hand over my mouth and tested the smell.

Nope, it smelled like my gum. Maybe she doesn't like mint.

I shook my head, I'm becoming too paranoid.

Samantha waved a hand in front of my face, realizing that my attention was elsewhere.

"Coley, Did you hear me?" she asked, raising her eyebrows.

"Huh?" I asked, looking at her with a confused look.

"I said that we've been dating for a while, and I think we should-" she started, but was cut off by a loud bang, then voices.

Will and Candy had come outside, breaking her sentence.

Thank you Lord.

Samantha rolled her eyes and scoffed at Candy.

"Whatever, I'll text it to you. I'll see you later baby," she said, then attempted to kiss me, but I turned my head so all she got was my cheek.

I heard Candy laugh at my gesture.

Samantha shot her a deathly look, then walked out of the backyard.

"How is she getting home?" Will asked.

I just shrugged, still looking at the ground lifelessly.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Candy give me a weird but suspicious look.

I stood up, finally looking at both of them.

"Will, you mind if I take a nap? I'm so tired," I lied, looking at Will.

"Sure, Man. We're gonna go see a movie," he explained.

I didn't even listen, I just turned and walked into the house like a zombie.

The first thing I did was head for Beth's room.

I opened the door silently and obseverved her turned body, sleeping silently.

The television was on as usual in her room and the lamp was still on. A tree could fall into her room and she could probably still sleep.

I walked around the bed to where I could see her face, flushed from the heat of her room, and stared.

And stared.

After a moment, her eyes opened, as if she knew I was there, and she saw me.

She looked at me for a second then sat up and continued to meet my stare.

"We need to talk," I finally concluded.

She scooted over, making room for me on the bed and waited for me to continue.

I looked at her white comforter and began.

"I'm sure you have a lot of questions," I stated, still looking down.

"Yeah, I do," she said softly.

"I'll answer them if you do me a favor," I compromised.

"What is it?" she asked curiously.

I looked up at her with an intense look.

"Kiss me," I said blankly.

Her eyes widened slightly, and her rosy cheeks faded into a stronger red.

"What?" she asked again, blinking her eyes quickly.

Ignoring her response, I leaned forward, looking at her as she sat still, and softly kissed her, barely brushing my lips against hers. She closed her eyes and so did I, my hands going into her hair.

We stayed like that for a while, just kissing each other softly, until she pulled away.

No, why'd she pull away?!

Ske kept her eyes closed for a moment, then opened them slowly.

"I'm not like Samantha," is all she said.

"You're better."

"I've never had a boyfriend." she continued.

"So?"

"I'm not perfect," she went on.

"No, but you're close to it."

"I'm a Freshman," she said, looking up at me.

"I don't care."
