Daughter of the Mafia: The Continuous Life (1)
Thank you to everyone! With your support, the copier has been stopped. You guys are amazing! Im sorry if I havent been responding to messages recently. My computer is giving me a hard time. Sigh. So, my apologies for not messaging back! Hope you enjoy this next one in the series. Thanks to Tluv123xXx for this banner! For the record, all the chapter names are song names. The Continuous Life is a song by 311 (my favorite band). Go check them out. There they were, sitting there and grinning like idiots. Anthony and Shawn. Awaiting my arrival. At first glance they were grinning, but as I got closer I saw they were smirking. "What do you want?" I glared. "You know what I want," Anthony winked, another smirk. I rolled my eyes. "I mean as in food," I replied. "Why are you crueler to us than you are to Sab?" Anthony asked. "That's such a lie. You know how much I hate him." "Of course you do, he's a Baritone," Shawn stated. I guess this means I have to explain some more things. You know how I said that my dad was the mob boss? Well, there's another mob boss. Different family, of course. No relations. The thought of being related to them is just...awful. I've been taught since birth to HATE the Baritones. The entire Baritone family. You see, my family and their family have been fighting since...well...forever. I know, I know, sounds like Romeo and Juliet, doesn't it? Well, don't worry. I don't plan on killing myself anytime soon to prove a point. But anyhow, back to this Sab kid. Sabatino Baritone is my age. He goes to the same school as I do. We just basically hate each other. Like we've been told to. It's not like he hasn't done anything mean to deserve my hate. Trust me, he has. In first grade he ate my clay snowman. Of course, he got really sick after that. But I've still hated him since. He just annoys me. He thinks he's all that. That he's the best thing next to a cannoli. "I want some beer," Anthony decided, snapping me out of my mental tirade against Sab. "Can I see some I.D.?" I recited. "Bailey..." He whined. "Yea, whatever." I glared. That's it! I'm putting a laxative in his beer. "Do you have any coke?" "I hope you don't mean the drug. You know my dad would beat the hell out of you if he knew you were on drugs." "Would you relax? No, not the drug. The drink." "Alright fine. I'll be back soon." He had had 5 glasses. I was just thankful school would be starting soon. That meant less time working here. That meant less of Anthony and Shawn. On the first day of school, I was running around my bedroom. I barely got to school on time. My beautiful Volkswagen Beetle is not the fastest of cars... I entered the school and hurried around the corner, until I slammed into maybe the most gorgeous looking guy I have ever seen.
I want to kill him.
What's new?
"Fine, fine. But when you throw up all over my table, you're cleaning it up!"
So I delivered their drinks, much to my displeasure.
Sure enough, Anthony was passed out on the floor, drunk.
Five thirty in the morning, I was up. Straightening my hair, brushing my teeth, eating breakfast, putting on makeup.
It was crazy.
But I still love it.

"Sorry," he mumbled.
I gasped. "Sab?"
"What?" He asked, picking up his books.
"Nothing. Sorry for bumping into you."
"Yea whatever, Tenor."
"I do have a first name, you know!" I called after him.
"If you say so, Tenor," he said back before cooly walking off.
I HATE HIM!
But when did he become so gorgeous?
I guess summer does things to you...
I shrugged my shoulders, then went to pick up my books.
Which he didn't pick up for me! Unlike a nice gentleman that would have...
I hate him! I HATE HIM! He is such a cocky bastard...
But he has nice eyes...
SHUTUP MIND!
Hey, don't tell me what to do. You need me. You took AP this year.
I sighed, and continued walking down the hallway, my mind completely distracted by the thoughts of Sabatino Baritone. Hope you enjoyed it!! Please continue to message and rate!!!! THANK YOU!!!
