The Valley: chapter eighteen

The aftermath of "All-American Freakshow". Cain regrets his actions, being overwhelmed with a new hope in humanity, believing that humanity can and will overcome its falls, if we're willing to take action. He sees his heroes as being a beacons of light or "sentinel saviors", as they never fell into the same hole many do, but instead rose above it, that can save us all.

Abuse (Part 1)

First, before you read my story you must know I have never experienced abuse, or know of anyone(that I know of) who has been abused. It will sound like the child should have been dead, but I am writing it to show the true horrors of abuse. Even what I wrote could not even begin to show the extent of abuse someone can be dealt. Also this is only physical and mental abuse. No sexual abuse will be taken place here.
