...Quizilla kinda sucks now...

Yes, folks, that is right. I don't like the new Quizilla. I don't like that they took away the homepages (because I loved my Evanescence layout, damnit), I don't like that you can no longer do the stories as quizzes, and I don't like that there are no more C-boxes.

In a word, I hate it. I'd leave if it weren't for the fact that I have people who read my stories and people who want me to write more stories. So I'm staying, but I'll be on about once in every blue moon...

That is all. *goes to listen to Evanescence demos and roleplay as Van Helsing*

All right, I have some good news and some bad news...

Good News: As some of you already know...I HAVE MY LEARNER'S PERMIT! I can drive! ^^ Might want to get off the roads now...

Bad News: I've heard from a few people that when it comes to publication and publishers, they don't really like to publish books that've already been published online. And, well...I was planning on publishing my story Black Roses Are Better...unforetunetly, I do believe I'll probably have to take it down(which sucks because I have some REALLY nice banners for it, cortesy of Catty!). I'm really sorry about that, but...I really do want to get it published. I'll probably take it down tomorrow afternoon.

Well, I'm bored, and I haven't posted an entry in a while, so...here's what's up!
1) I GOT PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: AT WORLD'S END LAST NIGHT!! :D It was so awesome!!! I saw it in theatres when it came out, but that was, what...seven months ago? So, needless to say, I didn't remember much of it...but I think it's my favorite of all of them!
2) Wheee!! It's snowing here! Hopefully, I'll have a snow day tomorrow...all the adults(and my friend Brendan) say "You're going to have school tomorrow, you won't have a snow day, blah, blah, blah...".
Whatever. I don't care what they say...the county I live in is(as I've heard from my best friend) is such a pushover when it comes to snowdays...
3) For all of you who like Potter Puppet Pals and haven't heard, a new episode has been released! OMG, it's funny as sh*t! I've watched it, like, four or five times since yesterday! It's called "Wizard Swears"...I won't spoil the episode, but lemme just say...the end is hilarious! The "Elder Swear"...hah!

Anyways, that's all I really wanted to say...I know, it was pretty stupid and really very pointless...but since when do I have to have a point?

PS: I've been wondering...do you guys think that-once I complete Night Warriors-that I should write a sequel to it? I was kind of pondering the idea...but I'd like to hear from you!

All right, you're probably wondering: What's so sad, Aurora?
Well, I'll tell you: I'm currently in Pre-AP World History(which was a sophomore class at my old school, but is, unforetunetly, at my new school, a freshman class...anyways), and we're talking about the Reformation. One major figure of the Reformation: King Henry VIII, otherwise known as the Fat Old Guy Who Had Six Wives.
What's so sad about that? Well, what's sad is I seem to know more about King Henry VIII and his six wives then my teacher. My proof? Well, she said, and I quote: "He divorced hs first wife...executed his second wife when she didn't give him a son...wives 3,4, and 5 met similar fates...wife 6 gave him a son!"
I don't know about you, but I see a few things wrong with this statement:
1. Well, actually, the first two parts, about Wives 1 and 2(Catherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn) were correct...that's really what happened.
2. It was actually Wife #3(Jane Seymour) who gave him a son. She died shortly afterwards. Gee, I wonder why...
3. He only divorced Wife #4(Anne of Cleves). She kept her head. And, he divorced her because she was ugly. Which is pretty bold of him, considering he was no Gerard Butler...
4. Wife #5(Catherine Howard)...actually, she lost her head, too. She was, like, about sixteen when he married her...um...EW!!!!
5. Wife #6(Catherine Parr) actually outlived him. He died before she did. And she didn't give him any children.
Anyways, sorry if I bored you with my rambling history lesson of King Henry VIII, but I had to get it out. Otherwise I'd probably go crazy...of course, I'm already crazy as it is, but...

Yep...believe it or not, but I have finally gone back to school!
Yes, I know I got a super-long summer break, but there's a looooooooooooooo*stops to take breath*ooooooonnnnnnngggggg story behind that... Right...I'll update as often as I can, but you'll have to forgive me if they don't come out as often as you guys want. I have quite a few projects to keep up with at the moment, and I can't really stop to jot down my stories as much as I used to. Well, I can still do it after school, but yeah...
So, I'm going back-to-school shopping tonight(^^ whoo, school supplies! Yeah, I know, I'm a freak), and I'm also trying to update "Night Warriors". Also, I did post a link to my deviantART account on my homepage. Currently, my gallery is empty, but you guys can still check out my page anyways...

Right-o...yeah, I'm finally back!*waves flags and throws confetti* Sorry I was gone, but we moved, so the computer wasn't hooked up, and then, the Internet didn't even start working until today >.< Evil Comcast people, trying to deny me my Internet!*hisses at Comcast people*
Now, I may still be up to my elbows in boxes I have to unpack, but I still have half a week before one of my friends comes over, so I'm fine. I'm taking a little.."break". But here's the deal...I will be on, but I can't update yet. Why? Well...all my stories are saved on my dad's laptop, which is currently about 150 miles away, back at the old house(don't worry, my dad's still there, so the laptop, isn't like, waving a flag saying "hello come steal me!")So, until I can get eveything on a disc and bring it here, all stories are on hold(which sucks because I was about to put up a new one)
So...yeah, I have no stories for now. But I'm trying, people, so no crap, okay. I'll have new chapters up ASAP!

Okay, for those people who actually bother to read my stories, here's some updates or whatever...I'm thinking of deleting "I Love Him, I Hate Him". Sorry to you people who actually like it or something, but I think it's sucky, so...yeah, I'm probably gonna delete it. Now, I am, however, thinking of putting one of two stories up. One would be an original(yes, about vampires! What do you expect?), and the other one would actually be a Van Helsing/Underworld crossover(weird idea, I know, but hey, it sounded like a cool thought). So...what do you guys think?

For you new fans, they have four CDs, not two: Origins(me:really, really super-hard to find!), Fallen(me:Seriously easy to find..it's called LOOK IN A MUSIC STORE, PEOPLE!),Anywhere But Home(me:This one is actually a live concert CD..except for "Missing", that's the studio version..)and The Open Door(me:Once again, REALLY easy to find). 9. Evanescence-Their name means "faded" or "fading"(me:awesome, no?) 8. They were formed in Alabama(me:yes, Amy Lee is from Alabama *starts singing "Sweet Home Alabama"*What? I don't have a problem!) 7. "Lacrymosa"(The Open Door)-once again, a dictionary word! Lacrymosa means "sad" or "sadness". But that's not quite how you spell it...(me:This is summer! Who cares about spelling!) 6. Okay, in "Your Star"(The Open Door), there's a line that goes "The mechanical lights of Lisbon frightened it away". Lisbon..yeah, it's the capital of Portugal. Don't feel bad, I didn't know this until I took World Geography(which would be..back in January) 5. The guy who sings part of the chorus and a few verses in "Bring Me To Life"(Fallen..but who doesn't know that?)is the lead singer of Linkin Park(me:another great band...but this may or may not be true, this is what I've just heard in titles of vids on YouTube) 4. "Lithium"(The Open Door..God, I love "Lithium")..in addition to being an element on the periodic table(*audience groans* me: yes, I know we all hate science! Get. Over. IT!)lithium is also a drug/prescription medication. Take a wild guess at which one Amy Lee was MORE THAT LIKELY talking about(me: I still love that song though..) 3. "Thoughtless"(Anywhere But Home)was originally done by the band Korn(me:They're okay..I kinda like "Freak on a Leash", which Amy Lee has done in a duet with Korn, just like "Broken" with Seether) Evanescence's version is a remake. 2. Because of the darkness of some of her lyrics(me: Such as..probably "Tourniquet, but I like that song)Amy Lee's parents actually tried to put her in therapy(me:I was SO pissed when my friend told me that*joins legions of Evanescence fans voicing their anger*) And the number one thing you probably didn't know about Evanescence..? 1. I'm gonna go see them LIVE, in concert(with Korn and Flyleaf) on July 28th, SUCKAS!!!!*laughs, then runs as pissed-off Evanescence fans gather weapons and begin to chase me* I would like to thank such resources as YouTube, the dictionary, my friend Christine, and my friend Morgan(NagromDestroyer) for these fascinating facts. Hi all you people! It's just little old me, back from-Busch Gardens!(I'll bet you thought I was gonna say Paris, didn't you? lol) Well, actually, I'm not back yet, but my friend's mom let me commandeer her compie for a little while...who missed me?*crickets chirp, wolves howl* I said WHO MISSED ME???*more chirps/howls* Oh..never mind... Anyways...I had SO MUCH fun!!! I rode the Big Bad Wold 3 times(it was awesome!!) and I got a little stuffed wolf(I call her Mika). Then, I had to pack everything up and leave for Morgan's place(btw, she joined Quizilla! I got her to FINALLY do it! She is now NagromDestroyer-don't ask..). And we went to Barnes and Noble, which is the best place in the world...what else..oh, and I FINALLY got my package in the mail Saturday! I am now the proud owner of a (slightly used looking, but I don't care) copy of Van Helsing: The Novel! *squeals and hugs book* Sorry. I have an obsession, I have a problem, I realize this. But can I help that Van Helsing is like the best werewolf/vampire/vampire hunter story around? Except the end. The end makes me want to cry... Anyways..I'll be back tomorrow night, probably. I am not kidding. My life is in serious need of writers. It's boring as hell! I wait all year, slowly dying of boredom in school, waiting for summer to come around. Then, summer comes around... And it ends up as boring as the schoolyear. Maybe it would be better if I could drive. Then I could actually go places. But...I can't. So I'm stuck here. OMG! I can't believe this just happened!!!! I was trying to work on a friend's homepage and had mine up at the same time. I hit save, and my friend's homepage came up as my homepage! I shut down mine, and when I went back to mine, ALL THE STUFF ON MY HOMEPAGE HAD BEEN DELETED!!!!! *screams at top of lungs* What the HELL am I gonna do NOW!!!
