Story Reviews (FAQ)
So, I just created this username and my profile is very empty looking so I'm going to fill some space up with a journal entry about the reviewing process.
Hi! Just want to let everyone know that if you would like your story to be reviewed then message me on here or at carbedreviews@live.com, and I will review your story then post the review on this account.
What do you mean by review?
Basically, I'll read your story and then give you contructive critcism. I give you my word that I will be honest and not mean. My goal is to help writers grow and learn more about writing stories.
What if I don't want others to see my story's review?
Simple. When you message/email me asking for a review, just tell me that you would like a private review. If you don't mind others seeing it, then tell me you want a public review. If you make a review private and want to make it public just message me saying so. But once the review is public, it's staying that way. So choose wisely.
Do you only review stories?
No. I will review poems, stories, oneshots, and lyrics. Whatever you would like me to take a look at.
How long does it take for you to review a piece?
Well, that depends on a few things. Like; how busy I am, how long your piece is, ifthe account'sco-owner is busy, etc. But I will try my best to get your piece reviewed as quickly as possible.
Are you accepting staff requests?
Not for a while. I won't even think of adding staff until the site gets up and running.
