I posted this once before, and it made me mad because it didn't work.Okay, so I was walking down the street, coming home from school the other day when some stupid obnoxious high schoolers drove by in their car. And the shouted something that hurt my feelings.
Fall Out Boy sucks balls!
[[I was wearing my Fall Out Boy shirt]] I know I shouldn't get so upset about this, but Fall Out Boy is the first band I really liked. And for one you shouldn't diss the kind of music someone likes. Especially when you don't even know that person. But anyway it got me thinking. About some stuff. And I am here to vent some stuff to you today.
First of all if you don't like a band or music style keep it to yourself! And furthermore, don't yell your opinion to someone in the street!
But it's not just the haters that got me down it's all the 'fake friends' of Fall Out Boy. First you've got the 'radio fans' [[just thought of that]] you know the ones who go around saying they are a major Fall Out Boy fan, but when asked their favorite song they say 'you know the one on that plays on the radio all the time'
Then you have the fans who only like them because they think Pete Wentz is the hottest thing on the planet. I admit, he's adorable. But The music shouldn't be about whether or not the members are Hot, it should be about the way the sound. They way their songs make you feel. When I listen to ANY band or singer their songs make me happy.
Then you have the ones that stopped liking them because 'they are sellouts, and changed the way they write music.' Okay, yeah they've changed the style. Only slightly though, and come on! They've been doing this since like 2001! You can't expect anyone to stick to one thing for that long! I can't even keep a hairstyle for more than 6 months! And they just wanted to change. Sometimes change is a good thing, in this case I think it was.
And that's all I had to say. [[I think like I said I posted one of these earlier that didn't work]]
