Journal Entry 1
Okay everyone, journal entry number 1 is about to go under way...even though I'm guessing very few people read this. XD Okay..hm..lets see, what should I write about? hmm..oh! I know! Lets talk about the new story that I'm writing! It goes along with my poem "The Wolfs Lullabye" its about a mother and daughter who are one ofthe last wolf shapeshifters in the city.
People fear wolves at this time, believing they will only cause trouble and kill people, so the shapeshifters must use their human forms to try and live at peace with the rest of the humans. The Mother, "Dakota"and at the beginningshe gives birth to a baby girl who she then names"Callie". Ari's mate "Misun"was missing and was heardto bekilled when looking for food forDakota and the expected child.WhenCallieis born, she is born with platinum blonde hair, very fair pale skin, andinhuman formbut cannot transform into herwolf form.Dakota triedto make her transform into herwolf appearance butno luck....she soon realizes that there is something wrong with the child. Dakota must keep her child safe from the humans andthe few wolves left in the city while trying to keep both of them alive and stay hidden.
When a mysterious stranger appears cloaked by shadows and steals Callie away, Dakota has no choice but to go in her wolf form and track down her daughter, no matter what the cost. Along the way she realizes there is moreto it than meets the eye, propheciesthat were written long agothat tell of a child born of wolf blood that cannot go intoits wolf form. She also learns that Callie's blood is tainted fromthe elder ofthe pack, and Callie was the one chosen to do something no wolf has been able to do in over 400 years...shehas an extra form that isunknown accordingto legend.
Dakota must find Callie beforesomething terrible that is recordedin the prophecy happens, otherwise Callie could lose her life and the end of theircivilization could end.Butwhen Dakota realizes theshocking truth about what is to happen, will she be ableto save her daughter, or will she have to let her go?
