HRL & MPL... Who Cares?
I'm really sorry if this offends anyone.. it probobly will. I'm turning off comments just incase though XDOH.MY.GOD.
Yes. We all know Quizilla went to hell. All you see on the HRL and MPL are stories about arranged marriages and vampires. But seriously... WHO THE HELL CARES?
I know when I joined Quizilla, I didn't join it because I wanted my name up on the HRL and MPL. I joined because I loved to write, not because I wanted to be popular. I honestly don't care how popular my stories are. I mean.. I love my readers TO DEATH. And the more the merrier. But WRITING SHOULDN'T BE ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE READ YOUR STORY, OR DON'T. You should write because it's something you enjoy.
Anyways.. I'm trying to rant without offending too many people. But, stop your bitching and whining. If you don't like the stories on the HRL, then don't read them. If you want to quit because the quality of the website isn't what you want it to be, then quit. Move to Fictionpress or Fanfiction. Leave a link on your homepage so your readers can continue reading your story. But STOP COMPLAINING IF YOU DON'T PLAN ON DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. No one likes a whiner.
Sorry for being a bitch. I never even thought I would use my journal... There was a LOT more that I wanted to say, but I cant remember any of it :/ Oh well. YOU GET MY POINT.
