Have you ever seen something so ugly or tacky that you just had to have it for the kitsch factor of it? I do it all the time.. Yesterday I drove my mom to the dentist and while I was waiting for her I went to check out a few of the shops that were in the same strip center. There was a Ross, which if you don't know what that is, it is a clothing closeout store that sells overstock, irregulars, last seasons, or just poorly selling clothes. Sometimes you can find some really great stuff there (once I found a gorgeous formal gown for 10 bucks!)but most of the time it is just crap. Well I was checking out the shoes (because I'm a shoe whore!) and found these monsters glaring at me from the back of the shoe rack. I just had to have them! I think a muppet died to create the hideous things. Will I ever wear them? Doubtful. But how could I pass them up? I might use them for a costume but I'm not sure what sort of costume it could be for, maybe a hooker? Anyway, I just had to show them off.

Remember in school when someone would mention lice and then your head would start to itch? Then you would try and sneak in a scratch for fear people would freak out and think you had them? My mom decided to inform me that she had a dream that I had gotten lice from my new job (daycare) and that she was having to go through my hair with a comb to pick them out. The problem was we couldn't wash my hair and it was full of hairspray (I have a reverse mullet where is it short and spikey in the back and long and straight in the front). Anyway ever since she told me that my head has been itching off, I don't think I have any scalp left... It is now cramed under my nails from all the scratching. Ugh, I'm going to kill her!
