ARRRRGH!  I got my schedule earlier today, and it sucks.  First off, I have like, two classes with my best friends.  So, I'm either going to have to go it alone for the rest of my classes, or talk to new ppl.  I don't do meeting new people!  Unless they talk to me first.  Which rarely happens, since I have a reputation for.... uh, being the "depressed loner girl."  Ya, I guess that pretty much sums up what most of the eighth grade thinks of me.  One of my best friends said one of her friends calls me "the downer."  Or downer girl, or something like that.  Newsflash to my school:  I'm not depressed, I don't do drugs, and I have friends!  So, talking to new people is not a very exciting thought to me.  
     The second reason for my anguish, is that first semester, in one of my afternoon mods, I have gym.  Girls 8th grade gym, with this certain teacher, is gym with a six-week sex-ed course.  I REALLY do NOT want to be in this class.  Then, second semester, that SAME mod, gym is replaced with health.  Health, of course, is a middle-school friendly word for, you guessed it, sex-ed.  I have one question:  WHAT IS THE POINT of giving me sex-ed TWO semesters in a row???  This is going to be torture!  Year round, I have to sit through courses about puberty, hormones, and male and female, er, parts.  WHY?!?!?!?!!!  I hate this.  I mean, don't you think I'll have learned all I need to know about my body and all that wonderful crap, from just ONE semester?  I think so.  But no.  They want this DRILLED into my brain, so that I can be "prepared."  Prepared for what, I might ask?  I've only been asked out by one guy, and I don't even think he was serious.  And I'm 13 for God's sake!  I'm not gonna freaking have sex!!  My GOD.  Idiots.
