It seems every video game I play, there has to be some annoying character at your side that makes you just want to scream. In Sonic Adventure 2, a robotic Chao named Omochao gives you hints on what to do in the stage, but states the obvious ("With that Life-Support system on that boss's back, you can't hurt him. He's invincible!" Makes me want to chuck him at the boss). In Shadow the Hedgehog, Black Doom sits there and rambles what you should do, and gets angry when you attack his guards because they're attacking you; Charmy has a rather high voice, and still isn't that smart ("Vector told me he needs five top secret discs... But like, what's a top secret disc?). Navi also states the obvious in Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and will repeat the same stuff every five minutes (so you keep hearing "Hey! HEY! when she tries to get your attention). It gets rather annoying.
