HELP with story chapters!

I'd much appreciate any help you could give me with this! I started reposting a story on this new account last night but while I've got the first two parts grouped together, I can't get the next three installments to be put into the same story. On the little drop-down menu under 'Make this a Chapter in an Existing Story' nothing comes up. Anyone know where I'm going wrong here? Ta in advance!! Jane xox
