PAVEMENT!!!!

We finally get pavement on our road!! I live on a huge hill and the road leading up to it is dirt, so every time it rains huge ruts and crevases form in it. It's a public road so the city should have fixed it years ago, but my city is small and stupid and lazy! But they finally are going to fix it! We would have fixed it but we're poor and can't afford it! It's a shame that it took something terrible for them to fix it! My granny lives in a house just above ours on the hill, and she was having trouble breathing so we called an ambulance. The ambulance had such a hard time getting up the hill and they kept falling into ditches they couldn't get out of! My grandmother could have died all because the city won't fix a PUBLIC road! The ambulance people reported it and the city was gonna be in huge trouble if they didn't fix it, so now we're finally gonna get pavement!
