WHY MUST ONE SUFFER LIKE THIS. WHY VIZ, WHY? I can't believe it that shippuden will be airing on the disney xd channel in october. I don't even want to think about how bad this will be edited. I think I'm going to die, it's so bad.
But get this, this is what VIZ has to say about Disney:
Disney XD is a new basic cable channel and multi-platform brand that showcases a compelling mix of live-action and animated programming for kids age 6-14, hyper-targeting boys and their quest for discovery, accomplishment, sports, adventure and humor. New dubbed episodes of NARUTO Shippuden will premiere on the network.
Now I hate the thought of this anime being aimed at 6 year olds. I know that it will be edited beyond compare. AlsoI resent that this article included so much emphasis on boys of a certain age, when I don't believe that the story is intended solely for boys and certainly not for boys six years old. I've watched Shippuden from the very start and the same goes with the first part, so I don't even want to think about the scenes with Sai or Hidan-Sama.
This may be the end of Naruto as we know it. I can't think of an anime that has been shown on any Disney channel that has not been one of the toy based animes. For example Digimon and Beyblade. This shall be terrible.
