So, now that "Tempting Fate" is completed, I have begun working through a few new ideas for a new "long term" series. And, I have come to the conclusion that I could really use a good beta and, what I have come to call, a rubber wall. I need someone to bounce ideas off of. I need someone who will take in my ideas and help me in their evolution. I need someone who is going to tell me things are too cliche or that they just are not going to work. So, if anyone would like to help me out... That would be fabulous. And I would forever be in the debt of that kind soul :) Anyone interested can reach me here at Quizilla. Well there are a few things that I want to talk about and address that I think all of my readers would like to know. Hopefully you will find this enjoyable... Or at least informative, lol.

Tempting Fate
I want Tempting Fate to be completed before the seventh book comes out and JKR completely demolishes what is left of my plot. There will be no sequel for this series and there is probably going to be roughly 80 parts.

This Winter
Really, this should be completely soon -- as in the end of March at the latest. People really seem to enjoy this story and I'm truly glad!

The Untitled Diaries of a Private School Girl
As for this series, I am about to hit the big story twist, so after that there should only be about twenty or so chapters left. I'm only covering the senior year of the girls, so it won't be overly long. However, I am redoing the whole series with more details and probably working on piecing it together better. If anyone is interested in reading this story, I would love a beta of sorts for this. I know I mentioned about making it into an actually book and, truly, that was intention all along. So, I would love a beta if anyone is interested.

Cry
I am going to be basically rewriting and redirecting the entire plot of this story. I can't seem to get it organized to the point where I can freely write it like I want to, so some things are going to be changed. This story really has nothing to do with the seventh book or the events this far, so I am actually considering holding off until I read book seven and then maybe adjusting the plot to that.

Achieving Freedom
People are seemingly holding this mini-series in high esteem and a lot of people have mentioned that they are looking forward to it. Currently, I am having a little writer's block with it, but the series is mapped out and once I can get it kicked off I think I will be able to work through it. I am really excited about my third -- and probably final -- mini-series.


Something I would like to address is the fact that once all of my original and joint projects are done with, I don't know what I will be doing afterwards. Harry Potter is a dying race, of some sort, since the series will be completed this summer. Like kikassbabe said, there really is no point of getting into another genre of fanfiction because nothing will be able to compare to Harry Potter.

Things are going to be up in the air -- for a lot of writers -- come July. However, until then I'm going to play it by ear and not make a mountain out of a mole hill.

Another Round of Updates...

My Computer...
My computer is on the fritz because it has a virus (maybe more than one... most likely).  And it won't be able to be fixed until sometime closer to christmas.

So, unfortunately, there won't be anymore updates until after that (as far as I know).

My Stories...
Tempting Fate: With the help of the lovely snowbunny212513, I have realized that my story needs some help.  I'm going to go over it and edit it.
I've already written 3 chappys and I won't be posting the new verison until I'm caught up to where I left off.  I know I've done this before and I'm sorry.
The thing is, I've reached a point where the story is dragging and I've lost the love to write for this.
So, I need to energize it and help it along because I have immense love for the story line and I know, when I reach the part I've been waiting for, I know you guys will love it as much as I do... and you'll realize (hopefully) that it was worth the wait.
I love you guys for putting up with all this crap and I know that my loyal readers will be here for me

The Best Decpetions: So, the four of us have the next chappy up and we should be meeting up today at some point to discuss the third chappy.  So, it should be out soon.

One-Shots, etc: So, I know you guys have seen the posts about how I was going to write and post a few one-shots and possibly another mini-series.
Well, I've been playing with those ideas and I finally figured out what I want to do with those.
Keep your eyes peeled for A Tale to Tell and A Scarlet Woman.

My Life...
Right now, I'm soo incredibly sick.

When I stand, I get dizzy and waves of headaches.  I can't breath through my nose and my throat is on the fritz.  It's horrid.  Plus, my foot is still messed up from the surgery and it's not healing like I hoped it would.

On top of all of that, our hs football team lost state champs.  It was a devestating blow to not only our football team, but our seniors and our school.
If we would of won, we would of been State Champs two years running.  But, our QB wasn't playing and our second string QB wasn't doing all that well. </3

Then, there's school.  I have an A/B/B/C (we have blocked scheduling, so I only have 4 classes a day) and I really need to bring up my B's and C.  It's really important to me to do well and get the highest grades possible.
Of course, we can't forget Speech and JO volleyball.
JO is currently wacked up and since I'm sick, I can't talk for speech and my couch doesn't know yet... she's going to kill me.


Now I don't want pity and I don't want mean comments,  all I want to do is make you guys aware of the situation so you know why I haven't posted lately.

New! Another Mini-Series:
I'm considering writing another mini-series entitled "Pretty Girl: The Second Generation."

It will be about the Second Generation after Harry and his mates have all graduated.

It would probably be about seven chapters long, maybe eight, one for each year of Hogwarts.

About Life in General:
I'm have a nice little gpa of 4.75, which is going on rather well with my parents - I might add, so they aren't fussing over computer time.

Our football team is in semi-finals for state and we have a game this weekend (Go Cards!)

I just got a job at the best pizza place in town (yummy, yummy!).

Did I mention I made the Speech team?? Yeah, 2.95, 2.97, and 2.98 were my scores last week *brushes off shoulder* -- for those of you who don't know, those are incredibly good for a freshman attending her 3rd tournament (AND it was power rounds). <
Hols coming up; I should have more time to write.

I have decided to write a Hermione/Draco one-shot.

Hermione remembered back to a time when she was wholesome.  She had turned her back on that part of her past long ago.  She had become one of the scarlet women her mother had always warned her about.  But her mother had long since been dead and she didn't need to dwell any longer in the past.

Mrs. Malfoy stood up from her seat on the train, exiting quickly.

She had come to hate those she'd once been...

Just to let EVERYONE know,

I have declared this weekend, National Bitch Weekend.

This weekend sucked MAJOR ass, and as a result of that, this weekend has been dubbed so.

I figure everyone needs two to three days where they can just complain none stop.

It will help everyone in the long run because on Monday, no one will have anything to be upset about!

And than they have to wait a whole 'nother month before they can bitch again!

The system is flawless!

Anyway, just thought I'd let all my quizilla friends know about National Bitch Weekend (aka NBW).

I just posted a memo about the whole posting thing for Tempting Fate and my new series, which will be entitled 'Cry.'

Hey you's!!

I offically can't wait to announce who made the cut tomorrow!!!!!

I don't know exactly when I'm going to announce it or not but I'm like itching to!!

I want to start writing sooooo badly for this story, but I need to have like a conference with everyone so we know what's going on.

I've been talking to a few people and everytime I get a new application, it makes me feel worse because I know I'm going to have to make cuts and some people aren't going to make it....

Are you gals going to be made at me if you aren't one of the writers?
Or are you girls going to be cool about it and be supportive and vote and all that jazz?

I don't know... I'm just hoping for the best!

Anyway, Extreme Makeover Home Edition is defiantly in my town...
Which means Ty is in my town....
